Re: The Live Elections (Yet another thread on it...)
that speech of McCains was all class, and demonstrates that he was / is a great man. What a shame that we missed out on him for the last 8 years for Bush - beggars belief really.

So happy here. I guess America isn't so afraid of a middle name as people would like them to be. Time to clean house. Dems control all atm!

Re: The Live Elections (Yet another thread on it...)
Middle names don't mean anything.
My brothers middle name is Cocknose, but he still has friends And Obama is going to try to get mcain on his staff like he promised, according to reports. Maybe the United States for the first time ever actually will be "united".

Re: The Live Elections (Yet another thread on it...)
I didn't hear it until tonight.
But supposedly Obama said last week, that if he won, he would employ Mcain, and abolish this red/blue state thing. That he finally wants a United States. I believe the term he used was "Every state will be Purple". And the reports im watching on TV said "On the call from Obama to Mcain, he has asked to meet within the next few days to discuss Mcain coming on board to work with the President to unite the country" And mcains statement sort of encouraged this - "I want the president, and the nation to know, that from now on we will work together and he has my full support." Or soemthing. I'm sure Yorick or Cerek, or some other Wiki whore can provide more information of concrete eveidence either for or against. I cant be arsed looking, so what I remember off Tv will have to do for you

Basically, Lavi. doesn't like it when people back their views with silly things like facts.
