I think I know where you may be at. On that level is a party of hostile drow that appear when you're halfway across a bridge. I cleared the levels before talking to Adalon so I was unaware they attacked you if disguised

Hi Sorcerer Dave, yes I think we both started about the same time. I was thinking the other day how slow I am playing this game, but hey, that's ok. I believe I did the majority of quests in Chapters 2 and 3. I never thought I would finish those chapters.

You can still get the eggs even if everyones hostile.I did this my second time through witha chaotic evil party that told adalon to shove it.The egg room is mysteriously unlocked when everyones hostile but the ceremony room is still locked.
