Please help!!

Can someone tell me how to get to the domain of dragons? I played the entire game and never got there, also I don't think I ever found Rift Dungeon, The Nine Hells, unless the nine hells is the end place.

1) The Domain of Dragons is located at Windspear Hills (basically the dungeon entrance is located at the Northeast portion of the map), talk to Lord Jierdan will get you the location of Windspear Hill.
2) Rift Dungeon is part of the Unseen Eye quest, the part where you have to locate the first piece of the artifact from the lower dungeon for Gaal.
3) Yes, the game ending place is Nine Hells.
