I can't recall where it is, but I do know that it's cursed. I actually think it's only obtainable through cheating using CLUA

Helmet of Opposite Alignment
WELCOME TO IW!

The Helm doesn`t exists unless you have Tales of The Sword Cost installed. If you do have it then you it is
supposed to be on a Demonknight in Durlag's tower, part of TotSC. It can only be yours if you kill him the first time you meet him and ask a certain NPC to show you around a little.

I concur, the Helmet does exist in-game, but it is incredibly difficult to get. I, who know the game backwards & forwards, have done it--ONCE. And I'm the only person I know of who's done so. So don't lose sleep over not finding it.

There are also a couple of items that don't exist in the game, and can only be obtained by cheating: A Cursed Spear, some Cursed Leather Armor, a really neat Club, and some unenchanted Bracers.

What makes you think you're the only one?

Be...cause I've never heard anyone else say they've managed to do it, and that's the sort of thing that's okay to brag about.

That's quite correct. Come on, who would have expected that BioWare would have given him all the spells in the book, unholy AC, great Elemental Resistances, and make him Dimension Door away.....but forget to give him any Magic Damage Resistance? Not me, at any rate. I admit to having been wrong about that.

I always thought that this is a really cool item, it's a shame that it is so hard to get. There are so many good roleplaying ideas for new parties that could result from alignment changes. Needless to say I've never got it but I can still remember the screen-shots that the mighty Six posted when he beat the Demonknight.
So tell me - what happens if you give the Helm to Ajantis?
