I got 2 question..

1. How to do a public woohoo ?

2. If the couple never done woohoo at their home before, can they do a public woohoo?

You need to take your 2 sims shoping.

Then there, have one try clothing in a changing stall.

Select your sim waiting outside of it, and click on the changing stall, there should be a woohoo option.

It can be done even if they never did it, but you might have them try at home first, just to be sure they will both want to do it.

It's not fun being refused wohoo in public...

You can also have them do it in a hot tub in a community area; like there is one at the pool complex in Strangetown.

No, you invite the person you want to woohoo with to a community lot using the phone. You don't have to be physically controlling them.

As long as the other sim go into the changing thing you can have your sim try for public woohoo.
