i had rep 2 and i killed all those amnish sol. who attacked me, but my rep stayed at 2

Turning into the Slayer reduces your Rep by 2, and can go BELOW 2. If it hits 0, you die! Obviously, they're giving evil characters the short end of the stick here

If you have a magic licence, you can still make the Wizzies appear. However, you have to kill an innocent in the streets with magic, so this'll knock down your Rep too
