Running the server on my new home rig-- 3.2ghz oc'ed to 3.71Ghz. 1 gig fast ass ram.
Let me know if you see a diff.. This is just for today and on important days for efu. I'm making a new server upgrade graph for donations now, so the server itself can be just as fast [ 06-06-2005, 10:47 PM: Message edited by: Ziroc ]

I had some connection problems so today wasn't a fair test.
All the same, when things settled down the server seemed to have been several hours without a reset and was still running smoothly with 4 or 5 people playing. Skullport was less lagged than it can get sometimes and the dialogue boxes were certainly working faster. Last but not least I'm with Ravenbear on the thank you. |

I plodded around some yesterday as well, and at first I didn't notice anything different, until I went to the haunted isle to rescue some one. It does seem to run faster/smoother. Nice rig.

Yeah, I wanted to just take one day and test efu on it--it loads the mod in half the time the IW server does too. So it's fast!
I have moved it back to the IW server again--this was just a test, but we'll start the server upgrade donation meter soon, so the IW server will be as fast soon! It'll be awesome!

I think skullport was still laggy but not as bad as it usually is. Hard to tell because there weren't too many people on when I was there for a short time.
Good to hear the donation graph is coming, Dan!
