I would grab a friend or two, and go to the ymca or other health club and say your interested in joining and see if checking the place out for one day is free.If this works get yourself to the whirlpool and drop yourself in, after 10 mins or so start streching that hamstring out slowly (while still in pool)stay in for a while I wouldn't go more than an hour or so (extended repeated use will lower your sperm count)

I'm happy to hear that the advice we've given here at least puts your mind at ease a bit that you've been treating your injury as well as you can.

I also wish to add my congratulations on your impending marriage. I know you've "been there" before. Even and Hiram and I have both been married before and were certain in our own worlds that never again would we find someone we could trust with our hearts, we are very happy we made the decision to 'take the plunge' again. We both know it just 'feels' right this time.

I'm sure you will be just as happy since you seem to have found someone wonderful, too.

The "been there before" issue was/is a huge hurdle to overcome.

Glad to know you guys are working out. SO awesome!

She's never been married before, but is so accomodating, so gracious. She has such heart.

Hugh, how's the hamstring feeling now? I missed this over the weekend, but I hope it's healed up and not causing any more pain!

How's the hammy, Yorick? Are you recovering or still crippled?
