when i go to the docks district i ran into tanova who asks me if i belong to the shadow thives and attacks me(chapter 3)
how can i kill her??? and her golems |

I've never got that fight (w/ golems) the only place I battled Tanova is in Bodhi's lair. For Tanova in bodhi's lair (animals, monsters, and the mace of disruption). I don't know if she's any different to fight in the streets.

Typical vampire battle. Amulet of power (from Aran) protects u from lv drain. Otherwise have a priest cast neg. plane prot. This also prev. lv drain, Without lv. drain, vamps are sittin ducks! (Careful, neg. plane prot. only lasts 30 sec. (5 rounds)).

Tanova with Golems.. hmm.
Yes i have run into these vampires in the city at Nighttime only (duh- hehehe) and they can be tough. I have turned undead only to have them run away. I like the Azuredge you can buy from Handak in the copper coronet- have Protection from evil and Bless the group and then the azureedge usually outright "kills" those vampires. ( A pink axe can be used as range weapon too) I have seem her with lesser vampires int he streets but not GOLems...good luck |

Having enough spell slots to prep every member of the team with that spell is one of the reasons I always try to keep two clerical spell casters in the group. I was especially prepared for the vampires my last trek through SOA; I played an undead hunter paladin, gave Anomen the plane protection spell, and simply used the two of them to smite every bloodsucker I encountered. |

I have had this encounter, I is very tough!.
I noticed that it doesnt always happen though, try reloading your saved game. If you want to get round them you can creep round one by one, you just have to stop the guy from seeing you. |
