I'm an American, and I've played snooker before, but that was a long time ago, before I started shooting pool in my basement.

Perhaps they would know if we called it "snukker"!

I've played snooker in Nashville. One snooker table in a huge pool hall. It certainly drew an interested crowd of spectators, many of whom left their own games to watch us.

That's right Vask, it's yellow-green-brown BTW

And yeah it was the finals... looks like most of us wanted Kenny to win. He was behind 11-5 at one point then fought back until it was 11-11. Brilliant. Same thing in the game with Hunter... I watched the first couple of frames and was sure Paul Hunter would win. Next thing I knew, Ken had fought himself back alll the way to the finals. Too bad he lost, but it was a close thing! (16-18)

That's "BAR" billiards. Different game to billiards which is played on a billiard table....or is it a snooker table?

Hang on...who turned the tables?
