If you have a bard it doesn't matter according to what I read.

...you only need ONE PERSON with good charisma, and it needn't be your main character.

Well if you have a low charisma you may not be able to get NPC's to join you, if you pass a quest, the treasure may not be as good as it normally would be, (or there may be no treasure at all!)

Ahhh, I think I know what this means now. It doesn't mean you get less treasure from chests, monsters etc. He was directing to quests. For example if you have done a quest and you have low charisma you would then get lower reward than you would with higher charisma. That makes sence. This means that charisma sucks! (stupid me, never read careful enough)
