Try searching for words and phrases that you know will occur in a sub-forum somewhere.

Re: Has Search been disabled?
Well, I tried searching for "Minsc" in the BG2 forum and it returned nothing, and that is next-to-impossible.

Re: Has Search been disabled?
Hmm.. works in some forums and not others (for me at least). Yeah, BG2 is not fetching results. Could be a database issue--a table got corrupt, and throws it out of whack.
In the morning I'll run a repair database and optimize tables for all the forums. Should work! Thanks for spotting that! Damn...

Re: Has Search been disabled?
Its fixed!! re-indexed the search database. took 1.2 million posts took 8 hrs to index! lol...
Now searching BIG forums will take up to 10 seconds because the database is so large. but I might make it faster if I optimize it a bit further.
