Can I do a Full install after I have already played and keep my saved games?

but there is a much faster way just copy the part of the cd onto your harddisk that says like cd2 then open baldur.ini and just change the cd2 link to whichever location u now have cd2! repeat for 3 & 4 (u dont have to do 1)
