Okey I just bought myself a new 20gb harddrive, and I'm going to attempt to install it myself, even though there are no instructions. So if everything goes wrong I'll just say goodbye and it's been great knowing you guys...

Only 20gb, should be easy

Wait until you enter the joys of RAID Drives and ATA100 vs 33 or 66

You also might be able to get some specifications from the HD manufacturere website.

From experience, it's the jumpers that are key. Your BIOS should autodetect and everything else should go smoothly.

Good luck!

Sir T, how's it going, busy at work. All is well here. Weathers nice, suns out, birds are chirping(I guess, in an office), It's Payday, what more does one need?

How are you doing? BTW, which one of those guys is you in that picture on the other thread??
