When I type 'Cluaconsole:createcreature("Gorion")' or try to make that mean assassin, it says active stack.

If you have it written as you do above, then you are not writing it correctly.

I know that if you slay Aerie before you free her, and summon her via CLUAConsole, some strange beast that looks like the one find in Irenicus's dungeon appears.
