Reading the phlactery guide, he makes himself a permenent lich.
He creates clay golems with a wand he created: The Summoning Wand: The Lichy Cheese! This wand can summon upto 12 minions at a time, from A-V meaning no zombies, wyverns, wolf weres, greater wolf weres etc. He may only have one dragon at a time, and he just upgraded it to SUPER UBER SUMMONING WAND: The Cunjoror's Dream.
It can summon any monster from d+d, but he cannot have 50 demogorgons running about. He may have upto 67 minions at a time, with count'em! 5 dragons
May only have one Demogorgon (that serves Turos) on a plane at a time.
If using undead enemies, he gets 200 of any undead he chooses. Imagine Patriarch Vamps!
Turos: Well, I best be creating the Lair for my domain.... IN YOUR BASEMENT!!!
Turos duplicates the bar and sets the clone under ground. With gravestones covering it, the cloned domain is hidden. But, this custom one is really a Hell Castle, (seen lil nicky?) with all sorts of baddies like Fire Giants, Cornogons, Marileth, and Vampiric Mind Flayers.Umber Hulk Squads are guards in this insidious magical contstruct, with armies that challenge Karrax himself, as to follow in Luil's footsteps.

It is considered death to walk into Turo's citedel of insanity.
A dark aura surrounds the two gravestones covering the insidious vile, despicable, citidel.
You are wondering how are you going to stop this lich before he becomes another Larloch (sp?) and takes over the Multiverse.
Suddenly, a large band of berzerker warriors charge to the spot with shovels, digging their way to find the citedel. but all they find is a false tomb of Mind Flayers! "FOR KARRAX!" But they get flayed. Through the window, you see on a mountain top, a spec that looks like a castle. But, you see Wyverns flying around the perimiter. Ls, saying to the bar members, "Lets go kick some but before Turos becomes another Larloch.
But, You know that he can summon DemoGorgon, and about another 200 marileths.

"Tiax has an idea, if these collars absorb magic why dont we cast some form of dispell or a disinegrate spell, or perhaps after a certain amount of spells it wont be able to absorb any more"the figures looked at him with faces that could turn you to stone,"It sworth a try,"he pleaded before continuing to attempt to remove the collar.

Because whoever casts such a sxpell will make their own collar explode. They work on instant release. EVen if you found a wand of, say, magic missile, and fired it at Wah's collar, on the FIRST missile his head would explode

[Tancred]

Tancred can be found wrapped up in his own thoughts, somewhere at the back of the crowd, holding the sword that was Karnas. Ever hopeful, he examines the blade close-up; but can find none of its' magic. The soul of the mage within it has gone, and the blade's original holy enchantments have been broken and dispelled. The Foesmite family sword seems to be nothing more than a piece of shaped metal.
One last tear falls from the Paladin's face. 'Your last chance... they took away your last hope for Heaven.'
His expression of anguish doesn't change; but something in the eyes grows harder and colder, and the grip around the sword-hilt tightens. He follows the party as they move out, ever downwards.

The corridor widens into a huge cavern. It is dark. The edge of the cavern is beyond infra-vision. Tiax's ultra-vision can see better. He wishes he couldn't

In the dark, shuffling around you in a semi-circle is a group of Nandi Bears. These things are the toughest bears on titan, the equivalent of the Dire Bear in 3E (think Giant Bear if you're not familiar with either)

The Paladin stumbles blindly into the lightless cavern. Realizing to venture further without light would be perilous he reaches into his pouch for his tinderbox. One outstretched hand touches something large and hairy. Zounds he thinks, I have found a lichen covered boulder,mayhaps I can light this moss and provide the party with light to see by. Within a second he kindles a small blaze. The elves shout of warning is drowned out in the hideous roar of the revealed Nandi bear,whose rump the Paladin has just set afire. By the light of the blazing,and furious bear, other unnaturally large bears can be seen bearing down upon the beleagured party.
"Gads",mutters the Paladin,"what a faux pas." Without undue haste the Paladin puts away the tinderbox,and draws his sword.
"Well it's either gonna be a real long day, or a real short one.."
