uss, that is so strange! Naff is a slang term I remember being popular in England in the 1980s - I haven't heard it used for ages! Maybe kids still use it as a milder alternative to 'crap' but I dunno why it would appear in a school book!

Sir T, too bad those undead work in your office.. LOL Try sneaking the sunlight in, maybe they'll disintegrate or turn into bats? LOL

Link, good to see you back!

Elif... HAHAHAHHAAHA.. wanna pummel anyone in MY office? hehe.. I'll buy you lunch, we can talk!

Galadria, guess I'll look for Lovejoy when I run out of other things to read! Um...lost you on the pm thing.

Hey everyone? Could I ask for some prayers and/or warm thoughts for my honey? He's gone and slipped and dislocated his shoulder.. ouch! They popped it back in place and he's on meds but sees a doctor today.

Am off to lunch for a bit, back later!

Cloudy

Pummeling is free of charge, I have been pent up in this cubical of
an office for too long. I need a long paid for break
My mom used to read a lot of Sherlock Holmes book's and such.
Hercule Peroit [sp] Charlie Chan etc.. One year my brother and my
cousin and myself made our own mystery movie called "The Rice Connection" my mom was thrilled. Corny acting and very cheesy effects
ruled the day but she loved it

Wurm, thanks for the thoughts! I haven't heard how his doctor's appt went yet. *gnaws fingernails to quick*

Elif! LOL free of charge, ok..here, have an extra donut then, you'll need your energy for pummeling... Your mystery sounds great! Moms do love that sort of thing, don't they?
