Question #15) Okay, I am in the room with the two doors. I have two different brazier's to do something with. Is this connected to this problem: I killed these two dead guys, one a mage and one a warrior. Got a Crystal off of each. Then I went into the rooms behind both of 'em and the bloody stairs collapsed. I looked for a place to put the crystals but to no avail. Spoiler, please.
Question #16) Okay, I found this 'Spirit' guy hanging around in the middle of like the bottom right hand part of the map. He said I couldn't kill him. I tried magic, and I tried melee combat. Nothing touched him and he was tearing me apart. I even tried healing him, and nothing. Found nothing special in the room, and he didn't come after me, so I dunno what to do with him. On the stairs/brazier thing- I put on crystal in the slot and went up and got the doll thing. Then I went the other way to the other collapsed stairway and found that slot and tried to put the other crystal I got(from the undead warrior & wizard-one each)and it wont let me use it. What am I donig wrong?

Nothing, LoA. It's not supposed to work. Technically, you're only supposed to be able to get one Jindol (Two paths to take, but only one may you follow). However...you can either stack crates near the other, or have one of your more agile (or athletic characters, hint hint) jump or climb up to get the other Jindol. You can follow both paths (but you'll need to do them separately, of course).
