Since it's HUGE, I recommend buying it. Try WOTC.com (wizards of the coast), or amazon.com. Somebody MAY have scanned all 200-some pages (or whatever it is), but I doubt it.

If someone beats me to it, that's their problem. I'm trying to get direct links here..

Amazon.com
BarnsandNoble.com
Buy.com

Besides Ebay, Buy.com has it cheapest for $18.87. Those are the only websites I can think of that sell them. I'm sure there are many more out there. Hope this helps.

For some odd reason, WotC doesn't offer the first three core rule books any more. It's like they're boycotting all books published before 2002.. weird.

I would! its time we made a new 4rth eddition, that adds in tons of more feats, deals with multiplanar combat, differint PC racial options, a less complicated system of leveling, an en honest-to-god epic leveling system with CHALLANGES to it ...

your big on the weird stuff huh DK? Well we might get enough people for that spell jammer RP, or I was thinking I could maybe DM a really sweet dragonlance RP if I could learn 3rd ed rules, or adapt all the stats from that one site to 2nd, I dunno if I am ready to learn a whole new system, or willing to actually buy a 3rd ed rule book, since No One around me does any PnP RPing anymore I dunno we will see what happens, Ide probably still like to learn the rules, just to know them. My 2nd ed PHB is so beat up. IT is missing the binding and a few misc. pages hehe. Nothing really important thankfully, but it has definitely seen the worse for wear.
