I am very fond of pizza! And I have a little question of why does pizza in the states taste a LOT more good then the ones outside the states. It has a really special taste! I have once been in the states when I tried its pizza, and I just can't resist of thinking the taste of it even know. Do they use some kind of special spice on the pizza? Or is there any Cook here that can explain how to make a yummy delicious pizza?

Baron are you talking the fast food delivery pizzas like dominos or papa johns? or the awsome street corner pizza parlor variety? trust me it makes all the difference. Also where exactly are you refering to when you say out of states? I've only eaten pizza within the states. It would be an interesting experience to eat some real italian food, rather than the american stuff.

Both. Maybe I haven't tried pizzas from other countries, but I'm sure to tell you that what I mean out of the states is: my country, and maybe also the country that I'm currently living at: Thailand. And I agree that it should be interesting to eat some real Italian pizza.

I like the small places here in N Cal. The franchise aren't not as good. But gads stay away from the oddball types like those with pineapple and the like on them...YUCK!

Pizza tastes better in the U.S. because it's supremely unhealthier than anything cooked in the far east or in traditional Italy. Firstly, they often cook pizzas deep-pan style in America, making the crust thick and chewy, and ofen they'll stuff that with melted cheese or something similar. Also, the toppings are thicker, unhealthier, and laden with dense layers of all kinds of chemical artery-atrocities. So while it may taste better, I don't think it's a good thing - I'm sure people's waistlines agree with me.

Amen!

I think the pizza hut's and new york pizza's herein holland are gross! The original italian pizza's that you can buy here are the best!

The only pizza places I really like around here is Boston Pizza and Panago and Little Ceasers...I could live off them. The italian style pizzas are tasty too though!
