For Kynnen:

"I do not know of a Silverfall...I speak of a man whose name was Sir Manessah."

The skeletal remains of the old knight stood there but a second more, then came after Kynnen with his sword at the ready.

"I judge that you are not here to set things right, but are a mere grave robber! You will die now!"

The skeleten comes after you, as fast as his little bony ass can carry him.

Andrion Wilgor 22/22

Andrion disregarded most of the contents of his room, as they were of no use to him in owl form and instead went for the small bag of non-perishable food he had.

It was mostly dried meat, and this was what he wanted to have some of. With about ten minutes effort he managed to make a hole in one of the wrappings and then with his claws and beak eat about half of one of the strips of dried meat. Having satisfied his hunger he could now think of sleep. Nanashi had woken him from sleep, and he was still tired.

Although the bed would have been the softest, it wasn't exactly what an owl wanted. Andrion fell to sleep standing on the table, leaning against a book.

Kynnen 73/85

Kynnen ran away from the skeleton for a few seconds, stopped and spoke "No! You are cursed, and you're not getting away with it that easily!" Kynnen swung his massive blade with both hands and charged at the skeleton. He knew little of curses, but it what little he did know was that all curses have fulfillment conditions. If cursed with an undieing shell, falling in battle defending the principles of his old god would surely lift the curse. Kynnen was not ready to give this skeleton death. As he ran in, he brought the blade down, and in a sweeping stroke aimed to shatter the skeleton's legs.

OOC: Trip attempt with Charge.

For Kynnen:

The cleave to the legs completely amputated them from the torso of the skeleton, and he fell forward, but then having his sword at the ready as he was falling and feeling no pain from the attack, Kivmor swung sideways with his rusty blade, cutting into the backs of Kynnen's legs below the knees before hitting the ground in a crash. Kynnen too fell to his knees with this stinging attack.

Now the battlefield had two combatants on the ground. Kivmor would never stand again, and busied himself now with trying to turn himself around to face Kynnen.

Kynnen's back too is to his opponent after the charge, and is on his knees, knowing that he'd just been cut with a rusted sword. He'd be infected with Tetanus, for sure.

OOC>>> Kynnen has suffered 5hp damage with the cuts (Low score for a cut with that sword, but you got lucky on the roll.)

Kynnen 68/85

Kynnen quickly rose, knowing that to give in to pain in battle was to die. He turned, and saw the skeleton on the ground, crawling to turn and attack. Kynnen saw the perfect opportunity. He ran to the side, circling the skeleton on the ground, and proceeded with the second part of his plan. Holding his blade high, he turned it and brought the flat of it down on the hilt of the sword already inside the skeleton. He wanted the skeleton pinned to the ground with the blade through him.

For Kynnen

You have succeeded in pinning the skeleton to the ground. It swings in vain with the rusty sword to strike at your heels, but cannot reach you from where it is pinned. It still struggles, to turn and swipe at you despite the uselessness of this action.

Vincent Pathfinder 98/98

Remaining silent between the trio, Vincent kept at the ready and alert to defend his group mate's or to continue on. Inwardly thanking the god's he moved forward with the apparition and everyone else. Following with arrows at the ready the hallway came to an end. Entering the door on the left he heard Yevaud doing some chanting which seemed to be all wrong to him and watched him throw an object towards the end of the room where he noticed the what Yevaud was throwing at. Nothing happend... Vincent let loose two arrow's at the creature.

Yevaud

The spell energy had been gathered, directed, and... misfired. He shook his head to clear the cobwebs, scanning the room for any new developments when he saw Marcos... the elf's eyes narrowed. He could smell the unwashed human, his sweat, old blood, arrogant supremacy tinged with fear. The smell disgusted him, caused his stomach to turn a bit at the thought that this human was responsible for the abominable undead scourge in this place, while not his own fault it was the fault of his ancestors, likely within Yevauds own lifetime. The treacherous humans had been responsible for destroying the glens that had abounded in the area, replacing them with stonework that a dwarf would laugh at. Yevaud bit back an oath as his knuckles turned white under the grip he had on his sword. He would let the human go first and die, then come and save the day. Forcing an air of courtesy Yevaud looked at Marcos, and said "After you, milord."

Kynnen 68/85

Kynnen walked a few feet away, and when he was comfortable he was out of the skeleton's range, he sat down on the dirt cross-legged. With the skeleton groweling, and sweeping the ground with his sword, Kynnen calmly unbuckled his armor to inspect his new wounds on his back. It wasn't a bad as he thought, but that didn't mean much, since Kynnen always assumed the worst. It wasn't bad enough to try and bandage it, as knowing his skill, he would likely fail and make a bigger mess. Instead, Kynnen turned to the skeleton who was still dedicated to raising the dirt around him with his sword. "So, who was this Manessah?"

OOC: Rather than struggling with the post for longer still I've decided to give you the plain version; there'll be other occasions.

Inquisitor Marcos of Snowdale - 98/98

As around him the first magics and arrows flew, the inquisitor took the warhammer firmly in hand, well recalling the outcome of his last engagement. This time, the foe was no grand mage or priest of the foul practices, however, but a mindless construct forged so long ago. They knew not honour, nor fear, nor evil, any more than a wolf too blind by hunger to avoid the homes of men. Yet unlike the wolf these were unaware of their suffering, and brought to here with a purpose, whether for good or ill.
Indeed he did recall many a tale where the bold warriors fought their fights only to discover they were the good men they had slain. With a glance at the horror, and considering the spirit's aura which radiated no particular malice, he knew this was not the case, and he strode into battle assured of its inexorable necessity.
As the smith pounds his metal into whatever shape desired, the inquisitor swung his hammer, aiming for a twisted lump of junk.
