Yep, and it's late again. I don't see what we are going to do if it keeps up like this. I'm adding some google ad banners in a week, but I don't think it'll do well.. we shall see, if not it doesnt do well, I don't see Ironworks being around much longer.

I can't believe you'd actually shut the forums down over $15.00 or $20.00. Does keeping this forum up really hinge on such a small amount?

Well, go ahead and shake your head. Your post was EXTREMELY hurtful and Rude Sedai. The cost of the server is a lot more than $200. Remember, I added more bandwidth some months ago, and said I would eat the cost of it? Well, even before that, I was eating the rest of the $200, and when I upgraded the bandwidth, I didn't pass along the extra price I pay, so I think its VERY fair that members help out, for something they love and use. To run this server is close to $500 a month, so I THINK I'm doing my part, Sedai.....

Hey Z,

Sorry I haven't been able to donate lately. Tough medical bills and house bills over here. Next month I should be right.

Hopefully those Google Ad's we discussed should cover a bit of extra cash. I know they have on other sites and with the amount of hits we get on the main page and the fourms we should be pretty good (even if it is for that extra 25-50 bucks a month) every little bit helps!

They are cost per click and cost per impression. They are aslo targeted to the content of the page you are viewing so you may see stuff there that you want to look at.
