After I installed the eoU mod, I just come over, beat level 10 all 5 ranks to prove that I can, and I talk to the Golem to get through it al automatically. But, I've noticed that this gives ALOT less XP.

You can still win the square if the monster teleports to attack your other members and they kill
the monster in the presence of the ice golem.

Odds of 2 against 1, are much better. Use this as an opportunity for your fighting character to heal up. The free buffs are great but they don't last forever, you need to move quickly.

I like the throwing axe too, sure strike stuff is really nice to have, especially if you can't create huge amounts of damages.

Welcome Sleeper!!
Yes, I have used the tactic berfore, and you right you only get credit for the kill sometimes. I'm just in the next area now. Can I still go back from there?

@Variol,
You mean you've moved on to the Fell Woods? If so, yes, you can still go back to BS (BattleSquares).

One bad thing about the monster teleporting to the locked room w/ you co-herts is if you don't have any (i.e. solo game). I got po'ed when that happened while playing my solo Monk game. It usually ended up in a reload b/c I didn't want to mess with it. I always felt that it was a bug that should have been patched. Guess not.

Yeah, you're right. And it usually takes too long for the kill, so you run out of your spell buffs faster. Solo must be pretty crazy in this game? I did it in BG2 and found it pretty easy with a Sorcerer. What did your Monk look like?

By the time I got to the Underdark, I had squatted enough levels to jump up to 25, so I did and then it got boring. So I quite playing it. Now I'm working on a party of three. Drow Cleric/Monk, Drow Necromancy/Rogue/Ranger & DG Sorceror. Just finished the attack on Targos, but haven't been able to play much lately.

Has anyone else noticed that when fighting in Battlesquares almost all the enemies seem to be just the shadow of themselves. They sometimes change when you hit them, but usually not permanently.

Oh, and should I be keeping the Kings Tears, Rogue Stones etc. Like in BG2? Are they used for anything?

Gee guys, I feel like I'm talking to myself here.

Well, Battlesquares is all done and the final item looks like it was worth it.

Do you guys set someone up to be really good with darts? You sure get a lot of 'em!
