no idea what all that line stanza nonsense is about - avoided poetry like the plague at uni. (except when i couldn't get out of it.) modernist poetry - the only subject to ever make me cry in despair.

all welcome to join in and be creatively silly. please......... (pathetic little voice)

EDIT: oops, sorry

My friend has got a big pink whisk
he likes to wave it when he's pissed
although that is taking a risk

How about a compromise:
My friend has got a big pink whisk
he likes to wave it when he's pissed
although that is taking a risk
because he beats against a large blue disk

Oh god, I remember you and Ezra Pound, the great love affair of the millennium, not. (Can't say I blame you there.....)

On the peace front - not sure. There's one every night at the Old Steine, by the war memorial from 6 - 7 if she's interested. Also on Sunday there is a 5 rhythms 'sweat your prayers' that will be used to send a special energy out to the world with regard to the current situation. She could come to that (but there's two hours of dance first )

Greenpeace definitely not. It's not really their thing - Greenpeace are more environment, and although this will definitely have a bearing, they've just about got their hands full with climate change, amazon clear cutting, whaling, oh, and son of star wars (bit of a departure there....), which we're leafleting on this Saturday prior to the Labour Party conference.

Looks like you caught my post before I edited it, but looks like a good compromise to me if all are happy with my input.

Next line! Who starts it?

Very lovely, Kaz! Cool! I have some very odd images going around in my head right now, you just don't want to know.........

Here's another to try on for size....

My friend has got a big pink whisk
he likes to wave it when he's pissed
and he goes dead wobbly when it's kissed
by a saucy girl with a naughty lisp

oi, slapper, what about you??
