I don't think I am strong enough/have good enough weapons for this. Have tried what I can of all suggestions, but NOTHING works!

finally decided to download Shadowkeeper and guess what - it cant find the unzip!! Think I may have unwittingly dumped it in the recycle bin (which I empty regularly).GRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Anyone got any ideas? Pleeeeeeaaaase!
