Pennies for Patriotism

This is something one my local radio stations is doing. They have a cement mixer parked at a local VFW, and their goal is to fill it with a million pennies. I have heard that there are other radio stations nationwide that are doing something similar. Call your local radio stations and find out. If they are, contribute. If not, call then and encourage them to do so. Not sure how this would work for those of you not in North America, but you all know that any help would be welcome. There are Red Cross chapters worldwide, and I'm sure they are already working on collecting donations.

The US just mobilized $20 billion just like that!
No country can do that!
This should be part of other post on why other countries don't help.
Well they do.
US doesn't need it.
