Wow, we are experiancing an Aurora here in NY, this is incredible. They are so rare, extremely, and it really is stunning. It was a very defined green with large, white bands that now faded into a variety of things. THis is incredible, amazazing, I am speechless. Wow, very cool.

...nothing better than looking up at night. I usually do it 'til my neck's really sore. I used to see more Auroras' when I lived in Ottawa... havn't seen any here in 6 years.

Never seen one in my life. Though I'd love too.

Well... couldn't get any video shots or pics unfortunately. But it was amazing, extremely. They never occur unless due to a solar flare, but none was reported which is the odd part.

It was amazing, just stunning and fabulous.

I've seen a small one here, not very visible but still cool looking. New York probably doesn't get very many, eh?
