The item code is KILLSW01, it's a longsword that has a THAC0 of +50 and inflicts about 1000 points of every damage type (crushing, piercing, fire, cold, etc) on enemies it hits.
This weapon is actually a Debug Mode tool that Bioware left in the game. It is guaranteed to kill anything on a successful hit. You can't pickpocket Arkanis Gath for it if he's wielding it, you can only pickpocket items that are in inventory, not equipped in a weapon slot.

It is not legally available in the game, the only way you can get it is to cheat it in using your CLUAConsole.

Is the 'prick' that you refer to is Artemis? And you want to kill him?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA dream on friend...even with instant kill cheat with ctrl, he is unkillable. Just like the demon in dream-sequence.
Don't even try to harm him...he finished my entire group in less then 5 seconds!!!

Cooool, I am going to get that sword.
Yeah, never start on cheats!!!!!!! I am trying to get off the addiction of it...
Imagine, puffing items out of thin air.
But again, it does take the challenge out of the game.
So I started a new character.
(the one I cheated with the CCs was just unbeatable... able to slay pit fiends single handed! able to kick Jon Irenius's butt! handles the Adamantine Golem melee with a sword!)

The books are R.A. Salvatore's handiwork. There are quite a few
books that he has wrote including Artemis. Drizzt Do'Urden is still
the man though...(Or he's the elf, anyways.)

If you've never read his work, start with The Icewind Dale Trilogy,
then go to The Dark Elf Trilogy, Legacy of the Drow and finally Paths
of Darkness. ("Sea of Swords", should be available now.)

Awesome writer.

It's actually Arkanis Gath that wields KILLSW01..
Artemis Entreri is a different character (the one in the books I think) that doesn't appear in the game as far as I know, but you can create him with CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("artemis");. He dual-wields a Soultaker dagger and an ordinary magic shortsword.
