I would go for it myself, having two systems is better than one. No matter how lousy the laptop is it sill can get the job done. Well if you aren't going to use it then might as well trade it for a better chair to sit on

but anyway, to answer the initial question of your post, Coyote, I'd have to say "very carefully" is how it works...though I don't think any computer I've ever owned has been that slow...

thanks alot for the info on this , but like i said before the desktop in that we have is a 1062 and this thing loads and runs almost as fast as it does, its just been kind of freaky to me that i expected to be waiting days for this thing to load a page but it doesnt take but about 2 seconds on most pages and then its loaded. the only thing that i have noticed as really slow has been the initial start up if i have to reboot. otherwise its not really all that slow. though admittedly its not as fast as alot of the ones people are using in the forum.
