The Darkened One? You will find him in the Anephas Shrine, between the altar, where you need to put the Ashes of Anephas, and the altar, where you need to put the Kerah Statuette. He looks like a temple guardian. He is there only if you have the quest.

And when you meet him he is most likely in the process of being crushed by a door. You can then let the door do most of the work, but remember to hit him with at least one spell or a blow. Otherwise you will not get the experience points for the kill.

hi was a loser i killed him and did not even notest he is defrent of ather gurdians besad the name.
but in the Shrine the best monster was the dragon gurdians. |
