i am deciding whether to buy NWN. i WILL buy if it is more like BG series (as far as gameplay), but i WILL NOT buy if it is like diablo, torment, dungeon siege, etc. please help. thanks

It looks more like Baldurs Gate then your average hack n' slash game. But it is more combat oriented.

If you computer system can handle NWN get it.If it can't go with BG.

NWN is more BGish... but the story sucks.

Nice enough game though, don't get me wrong.

i like the story, its something that hasnt been done yet. i feel that my monk should be doing other things though, that kind of work is for goody goody paladins and clerics.

That's the story that came with the game. If you go to the NEN website you will find over 500 modules madee for the game. Somebody even did "The Sunless Citadel" (first 3E module to come out) for NWN

What's the NEN website? For my 2 cents, NWN is more like BG than anything else, more combat oriented than BGII (though not ToB) and not as much an RP as PS: T.
