I'm going to have 2 bard in the same time (wizard and rogue), but after bringing paper to the rogue guild, only one person changed role, paper lose. Whot about second person?

The same happens with getting other stuff for promotion - eg Samurai's Baton, Rangers Egg. Only one is produced at a time. When you get to town only one character will get promoted, the other will get a spiel about what they need to do, and the missing item will appear again, so just go back and get it for the second promotion. Tedious but it works.

I got two bards, but at seperate times. Had one, got quest for other character, went back and low and behold another tricksy scroll appears. This is common of quests, you get more samuraii batons, the lift in Shuugeon keeps going up etc. One option that may work if you have a recent save game, is to enter the pawn shop. When the dude starts rabitting on about your having the scroll, right click and remove it from his inventory to the other character. The other option is to head on back to Krueg's bedroom.
