Tempting food to make you feel better.
My other half has been ill all day, was sick this morning, and fancies something tempting. What should I get her that is tempting and won't make her worse. She's had some sort of cold and has a swollen throat.

Organic vegetable soup. Natural fruit juices. The key to recovering when sick (and the key to not getting sick at all) is to avoid junk/fake foods.

Chicken noodle soup (but to paraphrase comedian Alan King, your MOTHER's chicken soup, because it was made with LOVE...
 ).Chicken broth is also excellent for warming the insides and speeding the healing process. At least, I think so...  Works wonders on sore throats, too.As for tempting... forget it You won't be able to find it, if it even exists, and if you do, unless you have it ready to deliver RIGHT NOW, it won't be tempting any more when it's ready.
