Well I have aslo done the fighter stronghold quests twice and I have never found a use for them either.

If it's a gag throught it would have been more fun to have something like this tied in the romance plot:
*Viconia steals the Pantaloon from your hands and tries them on* So, (Enter Pc's name) do you think in look good in these.... Possible replies. -Not now Viconia... and give me back the dammed Pantaloon -Viconia how the hell did you get your damm fat arse to fit in those? -Viconia, All my life I've killed, pillaged , murdered, assasinated , defiled, destroyed, violeted and kidnaped and now seening that tight butt of your in those pantaloon makes all that worth wild! |

Ive done the stronghold(fighter) about 5 times now and I've never been asked for any pants by anyone, but they might look kinda cool on one of them big golem fellas!.
