Hey. After several days of constant gaming, I completed the original campaign today. Some things I liked, others I thought weren't so good but that's besides my point.
I went to begin Shadows Of Unretide but was unsure as to whether I could, or rather should, continue with my high level and fully equipped character from the original campaign or if I was supposed to make a new character. On the back of the box, it says that Hordes Of The Underdark can be played with high level characters due to Epic gameplay. However, it says nothing in regard to SoU so I was hoping you could help me out. Cheers BB |

Start with a new character. SoU will take you to about level 12. Hoardes will start you off at 15 which means it will take your 12th level character and automatically place him/her at 15.
If you are like me and many other players, levels without adventure isn't fun so BioWare had a contest for community members to develop a game that would "bridge" between the expansions. The person called Papermonk won and I must say it is very good and it took my character from 12 to 15 and then I played Hordes. Hope this helps and have fun. |
