He's there to give u an update on the lord CET saga and some other info that will give u the history of Gael Serran and the full story of the previous confrontation between Anephas and Lord Cet. You can kill him forthe experiance points or you can also try to stael the seed of life off him, otherr than that he has no purpose

If you don't mind killing a nice old tree you'll get lots and lots of experience points and you'll level up like crazy!

When I did killed him I ranged from level 10-26 and every single one of my characters leveled up 8 times! I ended up with a level 34 barbarian and level 34 Assassin. He's level 482 with 8482 hit points and gives 10,338,538 experience total on normal difficulty. He's not nearly as hard as he sounds. Just dodge his whirling dervishes and remember to heal.

Tactics for a good retreat must always be thought about Show. Might is not always the answer for head to head battle. Think about them before you do this.

Anything with fire, Firestorm incinerate etc, or meteorstorm is very effective against the bark horrors.I never attempted to Kill Oakenmere though, I just didn't have the heart

Don't cast Icestorm. He's 100% resistant to it. Same with most of the moon spells. All sun magic is effective. Right at the start of the fight I like to cast Summon Fiend as many times as I can. I was able to get 8 demons right from the start. Lightning isn't too effective as I remember. Don't use Vine Magic. They don't work either. Burning Haze is a good way to deal with the Trees o' the Grove that he summons. After you get him into the yellow, and if there aren't of his little buddies there, just start hacking away at him. Oh, Meteor and Meteorstorm work well too.
Good luck! -Jafin ------------------ I may look like an old man now, but just you wait until I take off my fake beard and wig and show you Tiltowait! |
