Yep Mines and Probes are a must have and if you like you can also mail Slaughterhouse or myself through the Empirequest email and we'll help you out also. We are on a lot of the time so don't hesitate to ask for any advice [img]redface.gif[/img] )
Just to let you know the email works with numbers so mine is 4:5:5:7 and slaughterhouses is 4:5:5:11

Galadria, darlin'...no prob with the e-mails.

Use my hotmail or the in-game e-mail (my coords for that are 4:5:5:1).

Also, you haven't submitted a joining request yet. Do that as soon as you can when you get back online. Go to Politics, then Submit a Joining Request. Otherwise, we can't bring you into the alliance. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Once you're in, check out the forums (mostly the Alliance Forum) for other bits of news and such. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Anyways, welcome all, make sure you newbies sign in at politics and then choose to join an alliance, the "Ironworks" (submit button under politics button).

Yeah...I had about 4,000 ships on that planet. But also quite a few OIP and Ship Boarders and Stingers...I might have been okay on my own. And if I'd been online, I could've sent some of my ships from my colonies, but *sigh* I wasn't. So, again, that was MUCH appreciated. It was enough to make him back off. [img]smile.gif[/img] But I wish, for the sake of your score (

) that he had stayed...you'd have made a good haul there. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Okay, I have managed to log in, but don't know how to build probes, mines, etc. I did manage to submit an application to the IW alliance.

For each option, there is a 'button'. You want to go to Resources for mines and probes, Ships to build the Salvagers. Once at each screen, just type in how many of what you want to build and click 'Order'. Everything costs money, so keep an eye on what you spend. Each thing cost some Tellerium or Krypton or both. The amounts you have available is in the upper right (I believe) of your screen. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Then, when you get a moment, catch up on the manual a bit. I was a bit lost at first, but it starts to make sense if you stare at it long enough.
