To bring up a delicate matter Ziroc, ummm well "going down" could be construed in an entirely different manner, no recap on that one if thats the case!!!! Ummm sorry but I resisted temptation for 1/2 an hour but just had to make my smart-ass remark.

well, ive been here a long time and one things for sure that old Ziroc is the God here (although human in the human world dont forget that folks) and he can do whatever he wants here. and it is because of this trait that i thank him for being vigilant against whackos out there and other idiots who just want to ruin a persons good thread, or just want to start a fight for now good reason. his is (kinda like a god) since he does miracles here and im saying its miracles, with his computer software and programming skills, that he was able to fix and create "great forums and websites" ... he could just be a ordinary website master in creating the web but the thing is about him is that he integrates himself with the people who visits his website... i mean he could just leave the whackos in here but no, he is a guard dog and our police dog.. (err not a dog really but you get my drift ) and he likes to play with his other friends in this little society (family!) so all i want to say is cheers for Ziroc for his generosity, caring attitude for us!!

ps: wish i could help with you but unfortuantly im just a student with no knowledge of software whatsoever...

As long as we're all around, it won't become a flamefest. In the entire time I've been a member here (since start of November 2000) I've only seen two trolls (at the same time) and we got rid of them quick smart.

What happened at BGDungeon won't happen here because our members self-regulate the board, they don't just leave it up to the moderators or webmaster (eg Yorick and Cloudy at the BG2 board). Keep it up!

I fully intend to, Memsy, but I haven't the time to read as much as I'd like to. I feel like a part of a community here and as such we are all responsible for our conduct and for making the limits known to new folk if they cross. But just as equally, I feel like I should be welcoming and supportive to new members (HI ALL OF YOU WHO ARE READING THIS!!! :laugh2 because that's what makes us special. The community aspect- getting along and having fun, learning, growing and sharing!

And Yorick? I very much appreciated your posts in a certain now-censored thread.
Was most re-assuring to see what you said about the inappropriate post. Thank-you.

WOOOHOOO! We're back!!

After a couple of days sweating and shaking, lost in the great wilderness of the Ether, The Board is once more!

Thanks Ziroc, you put in so much work for us - hope the new server works out well. To me, the benefits of a new server will outweigh the couple of days the board was down (although I did panic a bit at first, then the thumb twiddling set in!!!)
Ziroc is king!
