Congradulations on the house, from what I have seen of the recent market, it seems like you got yourself a pretty good deal. Although im not really familiar with the glenmore area, whats it like? |

Nah its not our house on the front page. Our House is here
Front Yard needs a lot of work but the backyard is fantastic. I already have plans for that yard.

Sweet looking place. Just need to chop down those trees and all is good.
And it looks so warm there. Are you intrested in trading seasons with us here in Canada. Also I heard in Australi you need to bid with other people to get a house. Maybe not for this house. But some friends of ours from Australi said this is what they had to do.

Not really thats only if you sell your house at Auction. Sometimes an auction will get you a better price.
The first thing I'm doing is chopping down the trees and then flatting the front yard into 3 steps and then new grass and some smaller steps up the middle for people to get to the front door.

Yeah, a series of steps would look great on the yard.
Looks like a nice house, what does the wife think? |

The wife (Leanne) loves it. It has a really big kitchen (she loves cooking)
She is also looking forward to me fixing up the yard and getting away from the computer (she says I spend too much time on here LOL) I'm looking forward to getting that yard done and putting my own personal touch on the house. Those trees are the first to go!
