Can someone tell me the word for "weather" in Spanish? I've misplaced my dictionary and I need to know to finish up a project.

Isn´t it tiempo or have I totally forgotten everything I´ve learned in Spanish? Someone verify it, please.

Yea I looked that up, tiempo means time, though I thought there was an actual word for weather.

The word that is most commonly used and most understood world wide, in all places that speak Spanish is "el clima"...and yes, it is "el" not "la". You can also use the word tiempo, but it is not widely used, nor preferred by native speakers.

Weather means: "El tiempo meteorológico".
if you write: "Hace buen tiempo" this is means: "It's a nice weather" if you write: "¿Que tiempo hace?" this is means: "what's weather?" but if you write:"¿Cuanto tiempo hace?" this is means: "How many time ago?" Espero haberte sido de ayuda Shaide |
