Possible Virus On MSN Messenger

VIRUS ALERT!

Someone tried to send me this file on MSN and he said it wasn't him. It mimiced my font and the file was called "PIC1324(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1).exe". Does anyone know anything about it?
