The game freezes!! What can i do?

I have played Wizards and Warriors for a long time. Yesterday i installed it again, and began playing. Suddenly the game freezed and i could hear the music, but was't able to play. The same has also happened to other games, after I installed the latest drivers for my Riva TNT2. Could it have something to do with the fact, that i also have installed Directx 8? Please, what can i do about this problem?

I think it means that you don't have enough room on your harddrive. If so, you need to get rid of stuff you don't need anymore. I could be wrong, so you might want to wait for some one else's answer probably more correct.

Its FROZE not FREEZED, but are you playing (trying) hardware or software mode? Try the other. What OS (98, ME, 2000, NT)? Any other details?

Herrx, I have had trouble with the nVidia Detonator 3 drivers for my TNT2 too, so I finally re-installed my original drivers, and now the game is almost freeze-free again. Some people have had problems with directx 8 too (look for the thread with directx 8.0 in the name).

Hey, Realbinky, have some consideration with people whose native language isn't english!
