Special thanks to Arundor for passing this link on. It's pretty brilliant, but requires a little while to read. Definately worth it though. I found it absolutely hillarious

hmm.. wait.. the story was kinda long so i got lost track there for the moment..

so lets see here,

he found out that guy is a scammer so he is scamming him with the laptop . but i dont understand with the transactions of his supposidly "ebay transfer" website. how did that work. did the scammer just pay the shipping cost?

Harkoliar,

He found out the scammer was using a bogus site to "handle" the transaction, which means IF he shipped the genuine Powerbook he will not be getting any payment.

His revenge was to send a bogus Apple Powerbook which was declared at a high value. As the scammer was expecting to receive the genuine thing, he/she paid for the taxes, which comes out to about US 2K. Then the scammer discovered that he/she has paid taxes for a plastic ring binder labeled as Apple P-P-P-Powerbook. Absolutely hilarious!
