Well, I like the mythic quality about it. Lucas interviewed and talked to Joseph Campbell at length before he wrote the screenplay. He incorporated all of these mythic elements you see in all world myth and religion and created these worlds in the future. To me it it had a feeling of being very new but very old at the same time.

I also like the Millenium Falcon, Yoda, Lightsabres, and At-Ats.

I still regret selling all my old star wars toys, they are worth so much more these days.

Mine's Wedge Antilles, killed in the first one yet low and behold he back in the third and maybe second one too. Plus the got a entire series of books about him and his squad and he looks like a nerd.
