[/QUOTE]obviously you have never cooked before, or you would know that paper coated in grease does not burn my mom has cooked all of the turkeys that way, and never burned the house down [img]tongue.gif[/img] but I honestly prefer wrapping it in foil, as it traps more of the moisture in it...
