I'm getting a new computer later this month, and it'll have Windows XP. Any issues with W&W I should worry about?

Yes there are several. No worries the game should run fine anyway. First you need to download a prorgam called Virtualdub to extract te town AVI files. You can find the program here: Virtualdub. Instructions on how to use it can be found in the tech thread page 9. On the same page I´ve posted a help post for win2k. It´s the same for WinXP even though I´ve written win2000 only. Check that out. By the time you have the game the new tech thread will be up with lots of easy information

I've got a relatively new PC with running XP and can confirm that
there are a few issues especially the infamous town access problems
which WillowIX refered to. I only discovered this Forum on Monday
whilst surfing for a solution. Within minutes of posting my plea
for help, Packrat posted the solution.

The whole process of installing Virtualdub and amending the three
"townmsk" files took me less than five minutes. The program also
has tendancy to crash under XP but once again the fix is simple.

This is a great game and the few issues that exist when running XP
are well documented and easy to solve.
