Has anyone played Soul Reaver?
I've played the demo of Soul Reaver 2 and I liked it. Could someone tell me what happened at Soul Reaver 1? Thanks in advance.

In Soul Reaver 1 you evolve before your dad/creator does..and he gets really peeved and throws you into this waterfall thing and you get brought to the "Spiritual World". The main objective is to kill all your evil brothers and eventually kill your dad/creator by solving puzzles etc. By using your magic you jump between the "Physical World" to the "Spiritual World" and can only solve certain puzzles by being in a certain world. Sorry I don't know the exact story cause I haven't played it in a while.

Soul Reaver is IMNTBHO, the best rpg/questing type of game there is for ps1- well worth the money, even with the book - got stuck in an area and could not get out, finally had to find out what we had missed-took over a week and a half to get thru the game, and the puzzles (mainly reconstructing ancient machines and devices on a GRAND scale), and finding where you are supposed to go, and then the fighting of the monsters- AWESOME graphics and noises, the character control in the game is one of the best i have ever seen - WAY better than medevil(s)- which are my next favorite ps games- matter of fact, they are the only ones that i bought and played all the way thru. matter of fact, reaver 2 is the ONLY reason i am even thinking of spending too much money for a ps2 - so, get soul reaver, you will not regret it - and, if you do not go where you are supposed to at first and get stuck, let me know.....
