stupid werewolves, or lac thereof

The last thing I have to do before entering Luskan is finisht he werewolf quest. I've found two of them, the one in Charwood (I think) and the one in town, but can't find the third. I already know where Karathis is supposed to be, and I thought I had looked in every cave on all the available maps but apparently not.
where's the last kid??

Urth is in Port Llast, on the second floor of the Eisenfeldt home.
Bran is in one fo the caves on the South Road (the north-east one).
Geth can be found out on the East Road.
Karathis is located in a cave by the North Road.
