Well so rogue,bard,assassin and ninja can invoke it!

Must be that my warlock was ninja then when I invoked it to him... didn't remember... Sorry!

A barbarian can invoke the dagger, too. An assassin or a ninja can invoke the dagger. I've never tried a pure thief or a bard but I suppose that they can do it as well.

wow, you guys sure answered that allright, i couldn't invoke it as i have no theives (mostly rangers and samurai at the moment), i've got 3 ninja's in training though so i'll be deathstriking soon!

Sometimes, the possibility to join does not suffice. For example, the Iron Lung trait is a level 5 Thieves Guild trait. It is marked with a bard icon and it is available to barbarians - but not to assassins. Therefore, we can be sure that bards can buy the trait. Barbarians can buy the trait, too. But not all classes that can join the guild can buy the trait.
Moreover, there exist role-specific traits in the game. For example, Fletchery is available only to rangers, Stunning Blow is available only to barbarians, Chi Master and Enlightement are available only to zenmasters. And so on. This behaviour is not related only to the traits. For example, Lady's Lance seems to be usable only by a valkyrie. Rangers cannot use katanas. and so on.
That's why I was careful with the pure thief and the bard [img]smile.gif[/img] I've never played them. On the other hand, I do have invoked the dagger with a barbarian, a ninja, and an assassin.
As far as Deathstrike skill is concerned, the impossibility to invoke the dagger does not matter too much. The skill is a level 6 Bushi Dojo skill available to, perhaps! [img]smile.gif[/img] , everybody. A warlock can buy the skill. If a warlock is able to learn Deathstrike then who should be supposed not to be able to learn it?
