Should we make "arms" and "weapons" ?

The question is simple .. Should we make Arms and Weapons.

We may say "they r important to safeguard us from our enimies" but then if there had been no ARMS what wld the enimies do?

I would ban projectiles and any weapons that make use of a chemical reaction to function.

The question may be reasonable as a debate of a utopian soceity - but it will never happen on this earth. Weapons and guns have to be acceptable, if you don't accept them then it makes no difference. I say yes. We have them, we will always have them, and we will always use them. Therefore they will always be in demand, and always be made - our countries might at least be at the forefront of arms technology.

ARMS and WoMD no, other weapons to an extent. I just wish the rich countries who build them would not sell them to retards for shooting there neighbors and there enemies to make a buck.
